Silicon Valley Turkey Trot!!
When: ThanksGiving Day November 24, 2011, 6:30 am – ?
Where: Downtown San Jose
Its an annual tradition- crossfit+ turkey trot = awesomeness! Join your Ki family for this year’s Thanksgiving WOD -run a 5k for time! (A 10k is also a viable option if you are so inclined)

We will have about 8 teams competing, so even if you are not working out you should definitely come to support the KI crew..

Mtn Biking Event:
When: September 24, 1:00-4:00pm
Where: Arastadero Preserve
Mark your calendars for the first of many mtn bike rides! We will meet at Arastradero Preserve in Palo Alto. Please rsvp early so we can get groups organized according to skill and ability level. If you need to locate a bike or other gear let me know asap and I can get you information about rentals etc. Looking forward to getting out there and kicking up some dirt! See you soon!

Rock Climbing Event:
When: October 9, 4:00-6:00pm
Where: Planet Granite Sunnyvale
Time to put those CrossFit skills to work and get an adrenaline rush while you are at! We will meet at Planet Granite Sunnyvale for an afternoon of climbing rocks. Please RSVP early so I get an idea of numbers. I am working hard to get the best price possible for the group, so the larger the better When you RSVP if you could also make a note as to whether you are belay certified (no worries if you are not) and if you need gear.
